Worship & Arts Ministry

Each Sunday at Daybreak, you’ll experience passionate, upbeat, and meaningful times of worship together! Our live Praise Band consisting of guitars, drums, keyboard, and vocals, leads 4-5 worship songs to center our thoughts on God. Everyone is invited to stand and participate as we project the lyrics and prompt you along. The songs are fresh, contemporary, God-focused, often in sync with the topic of the teaching time, celebratory, and catchy! You’ll love it! Our style is Chris Tomlin, Hillsong, New Life Worship, and others.

Here are some songs we've done recently:

Whom Shall I Fear (God of Angel Armies)

Christ is Enough

Who You Are

Worship Leaders

Our worship leaders, headed up by Matt Essick, incorporate personal reflections, Bible verses, prayer, Communion, and times of private reflection to help people connect to God in greater ways. Their hope and prayer is that everyone who attends our worship services leaves changed and ready to live out a life of worship all week long.

Opportunities for Service in Daybreak’s Worship Ministry

Singer - A passion for worship and good vocal talent are the prerequisites for participation.

Band - This group of instrumentalists provide support to our worship experience.

Drama - Acting, dramatic reading, set design and construction are just a few of the ways you can be involved.

Decorating - Help with design and set up of seasonal decorations.

Technical - lights, sound, and video are all areas available to serve.

You don't have to be musically or dramatically inclined to get involved in worship at Daybreak. There are countless volunteers who work "behind the scenes."

Interested? Contact  Matt Essick and let him know how you want to serve.
